Very noisy room (window above a restaurant with late night crowd) As window had to be keep closed air conditioning was necessary but it either didn't seem to work. Room was spacious, but furniture seemed very cheap.

It was very easy to find and conveniently located to train station. The room had shutters that completely blocked out noise and light, very good!

Easy access to the Principe train station and 20 min away form the city center-to reach it you take a series of streets that are all unesco heritage sites.
A bit pricey, but I stayed there during the Euroflora Exhibition.

All the staff was very friendly. They all spoke English well, but coaxed into always speaking Italian. Gave us great advice on locations and eating out. Wonderful breakfast.
At first our room was noisy..then we learned to close the windows and put on the air conditioning and all was quite quiet and comfortable.

We emailed at the last minute to cancel the first of our 3 nights (due to Italian rail strike) and they were kind enough not to charge us. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and showered our small children with smiles and chocolates at every opportunity. Very quiet at night with windows shut despite location near train station, area surrounding also much cleaner than anticipated.
Fridge in room didn't seem to work.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station, which made it incredibly easy for us to get to and from the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with new furniture and a balcony that offered a nice view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, giving us a good start to the day.
All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

Very basic breakfast, very noisy until we worked out the if you shut the window and turn on the airconditioner then noise abated. There was mould in the shower recess.

Close to railway station for an overnight stay. Salvatore was very helpful in recommending a great restaurant for dinner.
Fairly basic amenities--but the price was right.
